Mono für 12 Trommeln is composed out of the different parameters from a roll. The interaction of the 4 small drums, 4 tom-toms and 4 bass drums generates a high, low, or mixed swoosh, and with loudnesses, infinite reservoir of combinations. The set up in the middle of the stage gives the audience a concentration in listening without looking to left or right.
