Tschüss Bethanien / Carl & Johansson 28'

In March 2010 Rüdiger Carl and Sven-Åke Johansson were invited by

the Künstlerhaus Bethanien to perform a farewell concert in the formal

setting of the main chapel in what was once a Deaconess hospital.

The performance "Tschüss Bethanien" is an hommage to the "genius loci" 

of a building and its occupats, who have played an importend part in shaping

the Berlin art scene since the 1970s.

In May 2005 Rüdiger Carl and Sven-Åke Johansson met for a freewheeling

rehearsel of classical songs and jazz standards. A selection of tracks from

this session was later released on SÅJ Records under the title  

Hudson Riv - A Foggy Day.
